With only 30k on the clock and being so good condition I wouldnt dream of going down the chrome route.
When I look at the concourse cars and a lot of S1`s I`ve seen have better than showroom engines where most components have been painted or coated.

IE
if u look at my manifold its brown :E without going to the expense of buying one can I refurbsished in any way?

The Turbo housing seems to have oxidation on it.

It basically seems to be the front metal parts that could do with a spruce up to bring it inline with the overall immaculate condition of the car.

I havent really started to worry about underneath but again from quick inspection the bodywork is immaculate and looks like the previous owner has begun to try and concourse but some of the metal items again have suffered slight corrosion etc.

I dont want a show car as the expense is too great I just want a very clean 30k example all round
