if you want some cut slicks that are road leagl try kumho motorsport they sell rally tyres but the cut slicks will be ideal for the track days, i got quoted around £40 a tyre for 175/60/13

are your shocks coil overs are mc pherson struts?
have you considerd a strut brace?

a bit of advise for the suspension would be dont go to hard or low startoff soft and keep amking changes until it feels rite
