sounds like it could be some problem with the wiring to the fuel pump. if it is drawing too much current the voltage will drop and the pump may not be able to supply full fuel pressure. this voltage drop can than affect the whole electrical system, including the coil, giving you a weaker spark that will also show up as a misfire on boost.
