Had a biker drive into the back of my freshly resprayed ERST2 in sept04 wen tthrough the usual claim gubbins only to be told there wasnt enough evidence to prove whos fault it was so the claim wasnt followed through anyway just got my renewal through £1500 right at the bottom of the letter it says my claim is still outstanding and my no claims is on hold

Rung them up today to be told basically theres nothing they can do and they will be reviewing my claim in jan07 also get told the other party wants it settled 70/30 in my favour which is odd

I just want this settled so i can insure the bleeding thing without having to sell a kidney, any one got any advice on this.
Is there a insurance company governing body i can ring to get advice
