No it says I built the engine and done the turbo seals. I bought it all separately then pieced it all together. Yes I probably would have been quicker and easier just buying a complete engine but where is the learning in that? Im guessing it's probably not the turbo causing it after new seals.

If my waste gate was set incorrectly would this cause extra pressure?
