Have a look at your crank sensor gap, you say you have changed crank pos sensor, what colour is the wire? old ones were white, seen loads of issues on those, if its a black wire with white plug should be fine if new, but also there is a relay that triggers both fuel pump and coil, these sometimes get bad contacts.
yep was all black from BHP that I’ve just fitted and so was the old one I changed about 6 years ago
I’ve just checked the gap again and it still at .9mm what I set it at
I’ve swopped the relays to eliminate them too
The last 2 days it’s been starting a lot better too
