A properly ported cvh head will flow more air than a standard garden variety zetec cylinder head.
An ST170 head is a different story.
I have a 1.9 tall block with the CVH hemi head (North American roller lifter head/cam), fully ported (intake manifold ported as well). With 12 psi boost it is an animal.
First and second gear are useless - and this is with 205 55R15 Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 tires.
