If the engine has done 130,000 miles on the original turbo it could be the problem. Likewise valve stem oil seals. I would advise taking it to a Cosworth specialist to see what they say. It is not really a car that most general garages would have much experiance with.Rebuilding the turbo yourself is not an easy DIY job and is best left to a specialist. Hope you get it sorted.
