I’am getting more inclined to this possibility, because the car is used only a few times a year, so the caliper can indeed getting not to release properly, because of lack of usage.

I had similar problems with my other vintage cars….the solution is to use the car for some days or take it for a long ride on the country side, outside the motorway, to see if the problem disappears 👌
