Again, what are you trying to achieve here, or what do you need ?
The turbo will not be unique, even if the turbine housing is bespoke.
eg, a quick google for fiesta rs turbo hybrid brings up this, which is undoubtedly just a generic core replacement.

Or just adapt a T3 or T25 flange to your manifold which should be pretty easy
