Thanks Stevie

I have seen different names for it, T2 T02 and T025, gets a bit confusing. I wanted to avoid fabrication as much as possible, first because I want to keep the car original looking and second because MOT where I live is the closest thing to hell this side of a bad divorce, and the smallest modification they find will mean not passing. The main issue finding a suitable turbo replacement is that unless you can have them in your hands to compare and measure, you are basically buying blind, which is not a good idea on such expensive items. I'm not really looking for big power, just a better running car that is reliable and makes you smile when you give it the beans. 150 HP would be more than enough for me, as I want to keep the original wheels, and the car is already dangerous enough as it is now
