OK i see now you have new Tank....seems all the system needs flushing through....ie....fuel lines....metering head....injectors..etc....you can do this yourself by removing all petrol from Tank...and useing injector cleaner [ lots ] ...and use the pump on car to clean through ....ive wrote before on this...will write again if not sure....after the cleaning a NEW fuel filter should be fitted.
