Hi All

I have recently purchased a low mileage 3i which is a bit ripe. Now I need to replace the inner and outer sills which I have but this inner section in front of the rear wheel is rotten as a turd. There aren't any repair panels so it looks like i'll have to fab something up
Has anybody had the same issues and any tips on how to repair it please
