1.1 HCS ENGINE, only runs flat out ,with choke fully open .
1990 mk3 fiesta
changed weber carburettor tldm to a known good one and still happens ?
Black soot from exhaust, fuel solenoid working fine and plenty petrol to carb .
Any ideas as desperately need my fiesta back !
