I have googled this to death but seem not to be able to find a definitive answer.
Ford Mondeo Mk1, does it have a hydraulic or cable clutch, also, is pressure plate self adjusting?
I am mating a type 9 box up with a 2.0 Blacktop Zetec, 1.8 Flywheel, Mondeo 1.8 Mk1 clutch cover and friction plate, using a Burton Power type concentric slave. This will only work in the long term if the clutch (cover) is self adjusting.
