It's a 3 door cossie Lee, was about to order Toyo Proxes TR1s, 215/40/17 all round, as think 225s would be too wide for the rears, I'm trying to avoid the euro stretched look, I prefer the tyre to protrude beyond the wheel & give the rim some protection, obviously without causing any rubbing issues.

What width wheel do you have ?
Plenty of good tyre info and tests on the Tyre Reviews channel on youtube.
And of course some tyres fill out better than others. The Michelin PS4's I put on my car, 275/40x18 filled out better than the previous makes 285/35. Hell..I even think they were bigger than the 275/40 888 I had some time before that.
Toyo are just an average tyre really
