turbo oil should come off your oil pressure switch .looking at the size of that an fitting it looks more like a oil return from a breather setup
the oil then drains into the sump under your turbo
I have a return to the sump under the turbo, this fitting was put in when engine was rebuilt, I thought it could be an output to turbo. I have this fitting also that I don’t know what it’s for!!
