Default Camber correction plates with drum brakes

Hi.
First time posting.
I am trying to install these on my lowered 1982 Sierra 2.0L.
https://creationsmotorsport.com/catalog/product/view/id/3028/s/0-5-deg-negative-camber-correction-plates-for-ford-sierra-cosworth-scorpio/
Instructions say "mounted between the axle and hub" and "Can be mounted on vehicles with disc or drum brakes on the rear axle."
Should they me mounted between the arm and the drum backplate or between the backplate and bearing carrier?
they don't fit in the first scenario, and in my mind the second scenario would put an angle between the brake shoes and the drum, no?
I've tried searching, maybe there's something here I don't understand.
