Camshafts 1.6 EFI N/A and 1.6 EFI Turbo are the same. Same with MFI N/A <-> MFI Turbo.
-> EFI Turbo and MFI Turbo camshafts are (slightly) different.
Camshaft pulley was the same in 1.6 MFI Turbo, 1.6 EFI Turbo, 1.3 CVH, 1.1 CVH and some 1.6 carb 2V engines. Size has always been the same, probably just a difference in the position of the teeth.
Buy an aftermarket camshaft and an adjustable pulley.
Don't worry about the crankshaft, just make sure you use the correct size of bearings for your crankshaft. Then you can use (mostly) any 1.6 crankshaft. Early (pre '86) oil pumps were different, use a crankshaft and an oil pump from after 1986.
The oil return in the block was mentioned before, but you'll always need an EFI block as you'll need the hole for the CPS. SOME late Escort MK4 MFI/Turbo also had the CPS hole without running a CPS.
I think I read something about a little difference on the inside of the oil pans for the turbo oil return (a hole in one of the baffle plates).
