You've probably got no feed to the cam sensor wiring if you've tried sensors

Wasn't an ST but was a mk2 Focus, I had a problem with it kept blowing a fuse that fed the VCT solenoids and coil, had a shorted out wiring harness on top of the gearbox.

Check all fuses!
