Thanks for the replies. I have located the supposed reverse connector in the engine bay and it is disconnected with no lead to the gearbox! I will attempt to do a simple connection later to see if it works (fingers crossed!!). I have not checked the fuse yet but will do. It just makes me ask the question why was it removed in the first place? Photos provided but I think it is the correct connector:


I may just have to do a temp connection to get it working then sort out properly later.
