Like ive always thought and said its got nothing to do with planet etc... These people maken rules it doesnt effect them at all in life and problem is most people just put up with it like the road tax con.. how come say eg some range rovers are like £325 a year but one the same but reg 1 month later is £650.00 a year.. got nothing to do with co2 or out its all about money... as the zones around uk u can take and car into most of them aslong as you pay you no.. just a pants down scam by them it will kill the shows tho and meets
