I think whats happening ref the amount of engine bay fires is the diaphragm is so old its becoming frail and degraded allowing fuel to pass and escape or is the pressure to much and poping the small link hose?

Please correct me if thats wrong and I wonder if the introduction of higher levels of ethanol has sped up the failure of the internals of the fpr.

But have any 4x4's had issues??
