The condition will be down to the container it has been stored in. My daughters partner has a container which he keeps his motorbikes in but he has lined it inside and it is perfectly dry. If the guy has done something similar it will make a massive difference to its condition now. If not and its just a standard steel container it may have suffered badly due to constant condensation and damp.You need to go and have a good look at it and as Lee said if it needs a total refurbishment be prepared to spend a lot of time and money.to get it back to a good standard. If you can do most of the work yourself you will save shitloads but if you get everything done by a Cosworth specialist I reckon you could be looking at £35 to £40k!!!!
