Does anyone have any drawings and dimensions for the front hub knuckle on a Sierra XR4X4

Also needing the correct dimensions for a standard McPherson strut and damper. KYB part number 334219 seems like the correct part version, but need further detailed build specifications for dimensions on it. likewise for the bilstein B6 variant 22-247483

What other stock and commercial shock brands can I use?
Monroe part number please?

I have the hub knuckle but no shock for it and having someone adapt or fabricate up something for me. Plan is to get a suitable strut shell and fit a damper insert to it? Anybody done this before

Purchasing from the UK / Europe and exporting will be a costly affair so looking at viable options to make up here in S.Africa
