There are already quite a few Sapphire Cosworths in Australia, i suggest you contact the Australian Ford RS owners club and see if you can contact someone that has imported a Sapphire Cosworth from the UK to see how they did it. Seems to me a jobsworth prick is going out of his way to make it difficult for you.
