No, it is a kit based on the RS200. It is a little longer and was designed as a Rally Car but can be made road legal. Uses a lot of Cossie bits with bespoke suspension. I posted a link to their site above...have a look. It is a nice kit but budget £50k + and that's without a big cossie motor build...you can spend 20k easily on 500hp these days.
