That's the point.
There's a reason Cosworth decided to use 8.8 (or was it even 10.9?) bolts to secure the camshaft pulleys. The mechanical strenght of stainless bolts like A2-50 or A2-70 are in the range of 4.6 bolts. Far too soft. Even A2-80 won't match standard 8.8 bolts.
You can use stainless bolts for non crucial parts in the engine bay like header tank, radiator etc When there's a lot of vibration or a higher mounting torque always use bolts as the engineers told you to do. For some parts on the YB like water pump housing, cambelt cover or distributor stainless bolts might work fine.
For the camshaft pulley bolts there still are options like polishing.
