Polyamide. Ford used this in red for the MFI models (incl. ERST). You can get it in different colours. Bigger ones are usually 8x1 size, smaller ones 6x1.

Bendable when warm. Just be careful... when you want to connect it with a rubber hose and hose clamps you'll need special sleeves to stabilise the polyamide pipes from insde!
