I had the hubs blasted then cleaned them up with everything from a flap wheel on a grinder to a dremmel



I sprayed it on, did one coat and let it completely dry before sanding it all down so no marks showed and then gave it another coat followed by 2 pack satin black.
Car has yet to see the road so they still look mint
