I’ve been (very) slowly taking apart and treating the rust on a 1990 mk4 escort and have come to putting the back seats back in. I was stupid enough to do it over such a long period that I’ve forgotten how the bottom part bolts back in but have the two bolts I remember taking out.

From the shape of the whole and lack of threads it looks like a rivnut is used. Am I right in thinking this and would I just need to stick some new rivnuts in and it’s good to go?
