Hello, I`m also interested about this. If thinking technically how this accumulator works it might be possible to use some other one also, because:
-the ABS accumulator is
a storage device in which the hydraulic pressure that is required for the brake's hold-release-reapply cycle is stored.
-pressure switch shall stop ABS pump, when correct pressure is reached, so break fluid pressure will be exactly same, even different accumulator is used
So, if new accumulator pressure rating is higher or same comparing to original one, I don`t see any reasons, why it can`t be used.

1. use some not sharp edged stick or similar tool to check how deep it goes
