Hi,

The car has been sat for 3 years and just installed a new engine, the fuel pump just clicks but won’t spin. only getting 9v when pump should prime.

got 12v into relay (big red wire) when I link the red wire to the red/black wire to bypass relay pump just clicks and doesn’t spin and just shows 9v???? Blowing my mind, please help desperate to hear the new engine run.
