assuming you are talking about the I4 engine you can certainly bolt the 2.3 16v head to the 2.0 8v bottom end and everything will line up and work
however the compression ratio is up to around 11.8:1 so you'd either need to fit a thicker head gasket or remove some material from the chamber
you'll also need to do some ecu stuff
and fit the coil packs
but once it's done you'll get v6 power and torque levels for 4 cylinder fuel economy
Yes talking about that engine. is the 2.3 head different to the the 2.0 16v head if so by how much? I am also debating on do i need to change pistons because of the compression or can i just take some material out of the stock pistons.
