Default 1900 CVH Power Engineering - Build Project

I have a 1900cc Power Engineering engine, which has sadly dropped and exhaust valve.

Bore has slightly markings, but would certainly live another day if you didn't mind a slight bit of smoke, would need to source a replacement piston and head, however has the power engineering cam to the below specs, and ran well when I had it in the car.

Is it worth rebuilding? Who would I speak to about a replacement piston? What work would have been done to the head to with this engine?

Cam Specs:
SX428C
Duration: 280deg
Valve lift: 0.495"/12.57mm inlet & exhaust
Timing: 34-66 inlet 66-34 exhaust
Full lift: 106deg ATDC inlet
