a friend of mine has the 595RSR, it behaves good overall but needs a bit more time to warmup.
I have also seen Zestino and Nankang tyres (NS2R)

They are all good so it is a personal choice. As a matter of interest what power is your 2wd Saff? Mine is 450bhp and in the wet you have to be very careful with track day tyres that are designed mainly for dry weather. Do not think you can drive as hard as you can on road tyres that are designed to pump water out of the tyres!!
