Silvertop 1.8 drops straight in. Or go (silvertop) 2.0, but switch out with the 1.8 sump, pickup pipe and flywheel. CPS holder make sure its from a Manual car (important with the 2.0 as alot were autos).
Then just a bit of wiring.

Blacktop is a bit more faff, but they are far more readily available and therefore cheaper these days
