hi mate i got IC problems with bad battery and non fused battery wireas i moved mine to the boot - maybe try your clocks on another focus or try some standard clocks on yours just to see if its the clocks / wiring - does the LCD /mileage work?
all the focus mk1 clocks work on all focus cars even rs - i am running rs clocks with st170 dash loom for oil pressure...
