I have just changed the gearbox on my fiesta st180 and it wont start it just ticks. The battery is charged i have checked all terminals, tryed bump starting it and it wont start any ideas on what it could be? i have checked fuses and spun bottom pulley clockwise and the engine turns over fine, its just clicks as if its got a flat battery. I havent touched the clutch, flywheel or starter motor. Can anyone help? I located the gearbox onto the spleen when i installed it and there was roughly a 5mm gap all the way round the gearbox so i went round and tightened all the bolts up.
