got a girl I know trying to install aol broadband on ME system, while trying to install it says it cant find glausb.sys file, she has rung aol and they say it is her system corrupt, anyone had this or know the way out, downloaded said file off net, but is a LONG drive to get there if as soon as we install this file it then just moves to another, also while there will have no internet access so need to go able to fix. Even if it is just installing this one file any ideas which directory to put it in.

WIll really help me out if someone can give us an answer
