But you've summed up my thoughts on the mk4 replacing the mk3, the mk3 ST seems to me a modern day xr4 , with a nice sounding V6 and manual gearbox attached
I think in Australia, the 2.5T Titanium X Sport was badged as an XR5 Turbo, so was sold as a more overtly sporting model than it was here.
