I'm swapping a Volvo C70 T5 engine into a 2004 Ford Focus 1.8tdci sport.

This is the car I've decided to do the engine swap.

I've stripped the front of the focus and lined up the new engine for size reference.

Some cuts out of left chassis leg to allow the gearbox in, this will be patched once I have sorted all engine mounts.

Subframe again, some trimming to all gearbox final drive in.

Now I have the hole front of the car stripped, and engine in the final position, now to start making the Volvo engine mounts suit the ford.
