First can you tell exactly what engine this car has? I know it is a 1.6, were there variations of the 1.6?

Car is smoking, not sure if it is HG/Piston or rockers. I have attached a picture of the smoke, the smoke is mostly there on idle.

The hose going from the head to the crankcase on the right of the engine bay is rock hard.

It has a webber carb, does the card look familar to anyone? I may try and rebuild it.
