hello hope someone can help

the problem is when i turn the ignition on the fuel pump keeps running and the ecu relay just keeps clicking anyone had this problem before

strange thing is after alot of turning the key on and off the relay dose stay on and it starts and runs

my car ia an ra turbo s2 running cosworth mangement
