The intercooler sits on top of the rad currently, potentially I can find a way of mounting something in front of the radiator, the rs500 intercooler wont fit though. To be fair though at the remap he said intake temps were absolutely fine from the intercooler, only running 350 bhp
Was the remap done before you fitted the new bigger turbo? What power will it be running at now? The 4x4 intercooler is better than the standard 2wd one but still nothing like as good as a bigger one. Even if some fabrication work is needed I would try to fit a bigger intercooler.
