Just put an alloy rad in from radtec, but at the same time have put a bigger turbo in. Not yet tried it yet. Beforehand it was just the standard cossie radiator, running 4wd intercooler. Havent got anything else, dont think there is space as it is in a mk3 fiesta. Any further help would be appreciated, hoping the alloy rad makes a big difference despite the new turbo!
I wondered if the Cosworth engine was in a different car. I guess space is pretty limited but a bigger intercooler is a must especially now you have fitted a bigger turbo.The new Radtec radiator will help. Is there room on top of it to fit a pre-turbo cooler?Ducting for cool air to the engine bay will also help. Maybe there is someone else on this forum that has done the same engine swap in their Fiesta who can swap ideas?
