Default 2.0 DOHC Motorcraft ignition
Hi,
we have here in Germany a fork lift with an Ford engine 2.0 injection 120HP. The fork lift has a Motorctaft ignition system installed. After installing the engine there is no spark at all. After diagnosis we found out that the ignition system does not accept the signal of the crank shaft sensor. Is there a possibility to convert the signal electronically? Or do we have to change the trigger wheel to match the ignition system? If so which trigger wheel do we need? Thank you for your help, Best regards Franz
