The chap i spoke to had driven one and then did it to his but the difference he had experieexperienced were like chalk and cheese.
As you say Mark make,set up and parts used will no doubt effect the outcome.
Its the same design problem on both that it fixes and helps with traction more on 2wd as more power going to the back.
