Now I’ve got a boost monkey ofam ecu and loom I’m looking to swap on to it. Now I’ve been hearing that changing the management effects the high pitch chatter? Can anyone shed any insight on this.

The chatter is simply air being forced backwards through the turbo when the throttle is closed (not good) hence why dump valves exist.
The management simply operates a solenoid (Amal) so won’t make any difference in this regard.
