So off i go again to do some more research and asking a few mates what thoughts they had and found out that a gripper although a great diif and a lifetime guarantee is bloody harsh and noisy for a road car.
So i give Bara a ring he asks what power what i use the car for etc etc. I also explain what the diff is doing and send him a video.
Imo a cossie should be a cossie and Bara came up with there uprated ZF type planet gears and a uprated viscous diff unit 240nm.
I dropped the diff off and within the week i have a email with loads of pics saying its finished.
New seals, bearings all set up ready to fit.
I would like to say Bara and Sean (who built my diff) what a great experience i had and they really know there stuff.

I will be busy at the weekend 👍

That looks good I never knew anyone did uprated planet gears
On my last cossie I had once I got it to squat hard I did 3 launches and broke 3 standard diffs, it was the planet gears everytime smashed them to bits, ime they are the weakest bit mate, I bought a gripper off jay after that happened
